PricesThe Median Sales Price in October was $417,000, up 5.4% from $395,500 in October of 2016 and down 7.3% from $450,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in October was $496,660, down 5.0% from $522,868 in October of 2016 and down 7.4% from $536,564 last month. October 2017 ASP was at a mid range compared to October of 2016 and 2015.
InventoryThe Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of October was 3,113, up 15.9% from 2,687 last month and down 2.9% from 3,207 in October of last year. October 2017 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with October of 2016 and 2015.
