November Property sales were 662, up 13.7% from 582 in November of 2016 and 2.3% higher than the 647 sales last month. November 2017 sales were at their highest level compared to November of 2016 and 2015. November YTD sales of 7,892 are running 8.6% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 7,267.
PricesThe Median Sales Price in November was $420,500, up 2.6% from $410,000 in November of 2016 and up 0.4% from $419,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in November was $557,944, up 7.9% from $517,324 in November of 2016 and up 12.2% from $497,361 last month. November 2017 ASP was at the highest level compared to November of 2016 and 2015.
InventoryThe Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of November was 3,034, up 5.6% from 2,872 last month and down 7.0% from 3,263 in November of last year. November 2017 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with November of 2016 and 2015.
