The median sales price in May was $220,000, up 11.0% from $198,250 in May of 2018 and equal to $220,000 last month. The average sales price in May was $246,493, up 16.0% from $212,498 in May of 2018 and down -7.8% from $267,359 last month. May 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 121, up 4.3% from 116 last month and up 22.2% from 99 in May of last year. May 2019 Inventory was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.
