The median sales price in November was $304,950, down -13.8% from $353,750 in November of 2018 and down -7.6% from $330,000 last month. The average sales price in November was $439,661, up 11.2% from $395,420 in November of 2018 and down -3.0% from $453,193 last month. November 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to November of 2018 and 2017.
