The Median Sales Price in August was $226,945, up 8.1% from $209,900 in August of 2017 and up 1.1% from $224,495 last month. The Average Sales Price in August was $245,109, up 5.9% from $231,407 in August of 2017 and down 0.6% from $246,649 last month. August 2018 ASP was at the highest level compared to August of 2017 and 2016.
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of August was 447, up 12.0% from 399 last month and down 17.4% from 541 in August of last year. August 2018 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with August of 2017 and 2016.
