The Median Sales Price in October was $238,000, up 13.8% from $209,140 in October of 2017 and up 5.9% from $224,785 last month. The Average Sales Price in October was $255,314, up 9.3% from $233,555 in October of 2017 and up 3.8% from $245,947 last month. October 2018 ASP was at the highest level compared to October of 2017 and 2016.
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of October was 519, up 14.8% from 452 last month and down 2.3% from 531 in October of last year. October 2018 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with October of 2017 and 2016.
