The median sales price in November was $204,995, up 10.2% from $186,000 in November of 2018 and down -1.0% from $206,990 last month. The average sales price in November was $211,287, up 7.8% from $196,081 in November of 2018 and down -3.9% from $219,767 last month. November 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to November of 2018 and 2017.
