June property sales were 131, up from 116 in June of 2019 and 14.9% higher than the 114 sales last month. June 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to June of 2019 and 2018. June YTD sales of 707 are running 19.8% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 590.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of June was 217, up 1.9% from 213 last month and down -26.2% from 294 in June of last year. June 2020 Inventory was at a mid range compared to June of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells. An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a buyer's market, a downward trend a move towards more of a seller's market.
