May property sales were 518, down from 532 in May of 2018 and 13.6% higher than the 456 sales last month. May 2019 sales were at a mid level compared to May of 2018 and 2017. May YTD sales of 1,932 are running -11.0% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 2,172.

Prices
The median sales price in May was $325,500, up 1.0% from $322,250 in May of 2018 and up 2.5% from $317,500 last month. The average sales price in May was $360,311, up 1.3% from $355,782 in May of 2018 and down -1.4% from $365,421 last month. May 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 852, up 26.8% from 672 last month and up 36.8% from 623 in May of last year. May 2019 Inventory was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells.
