August Property sales were 54, down 23.9% from 71 in August of 2017 and 16.9% lower than the 65 sales last month. August 2018 sales were at their lowest level compared to August of 2017 and 2016. August YTD sales of 659 are running 14.6% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 575.
The Median Sales Price in August was $433,750, up 16.0% from $374,000 in August of 2017 and up 20.5% from $360,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in August was $471,300, up 11.6% from $422,490 in August of 2017 and up 15.6% from $407,819 last month. August 2018 ASP was at the highest level compared to August of 2017 and 2016.
