July property sales were 730, up from 676 in July of 2019 and -0.4% lower than the 733 sales last month. July 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to July of 2019 and 2018. July YTD sales of 4,247 are running -7.3% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 4,579.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of July was 683, up 31.9% from 518 last month and down -11.6% from 773 in July of last year. July 2020 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to July of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells. An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a buyer's market, a downward trend a move towards more of a seller's market.
