Prices
The median sales price in May was $359,000, up 22.7% from $292,500 in May of 2018 and down -8.4% from $392,106 last month. The average sales price in May was $423,919, up 8.1% from $392,169 in May of 2018 and down -1.9% from $432,340 last month. May 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 158, up 13.7% from 139 last month and down -8.7% from 173 in May of last year. May 2019 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
