January property sales were 275, up from 228 in January of 2019 and -17.9% lower than the 335 sales last month. January 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to January of 2019 and 2018. January YTD sales of 275 are running 20.6% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 228.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of January was 535, up 19.7% from 447 last month and down -30.2% from 767 in January of last year. January 2020 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to January of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells. An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a buyer's market, a downward trend a move towards more of a seller's market.
