Prices

The Average Sales Price in August was $301,805, up 8.9% from $277,241 in August of 2017 and down 0.3% from $302,809 last month. August 2018 ASP was at the highest level compared to August of 2017 and 2016.

Inventory
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of August was 4,293, up 11.2% from 3,861 last month and up 3.6% from 4,145 in August of last year. August 2018 Inventory was at its highest level compared with August of 2017 and 2016.

Market Time
