Prices
The Median Sales Price in February was $246,250, up 4.3% from $236,000 in February of 2018 and down 1.9% from $251,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in February was $300,816, up 7.6% from $279,563 in February of 2018 and down 1.9% from $306,658 last month. February 2019 ASP was at the highest level compared to February of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of February was 4,864, up 9.9% from 4,427 last month and up 27.9% from 3,802 in February of last year. February 2019 Inventory was at its highest level compared with February of 2018 and 2017.
