February property sales were 163, up from 117 in February of 2019 and 18.1% higher than the 138 sales last month. February 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to February of 2019 and 2018. February YTD sales of 301 are running 48.3% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 203.

Prices
The median sales price in December was $356,500, up 15.0% from $310,075 in December of 2018 and up 8.2% from $329,500 last month. The average sales price in December was $395,029, up 8.4% from $364,571 in December of 2018 and up 9.8% from $359,935 last month. December 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017.
