July property sales were 263, up from 223 in July of 2019 and 2.7% higher than the 256 sales last month. July 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to July of 2019 and 2018. July YTD sales of 1,346 are running 14.1% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 1,180.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of July was 263, up 20.6% from 218 last month and down -16.2% from 314 in July of last year. July 2020 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to July of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells.
