Prices
The Median Sales Price in February was $321,245, up 20.3% from $267,135 in February of 2018 and up 4.7% from $306,828 last month. The Average Sales Price in February was $375,626, up 21.6% from $308,867 in February of 2018 and up 7.6% from $349,234 last month. February 2019 ASP was at the highest level compared to February of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of February was 445, up 20.3% from 370 last month and up 49.3% from 298 in February of last year. February 2019 Inventory was at its highest level compared with February of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
