The Median Sales Price in July was $286,500, up 6.7% from $268,450 in July of 2017 and down 7.6% from $310,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in July was $322,000, up 4.4% from $308,554 in July of 2017 and down 9.6% from $356,119 last month. July 2018 ASP was at the highest level compared to July of 2017 and 2016.

Inventory
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of July was 326, up 15.2% from 283 last month and down 9.2% from 359 in July of last year. July 2018 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with July of 2017 and 2016.
