February property sales were 188, up from 108 in February of 2019 and 45.7% higher than the 129 sales last month. February 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to February of 2019 and 2018. February YTD sales of 317 are running 60.1% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 198.
The Median Sales Price in February was $1,218,750, up 5.9% from $1,151,000 in February of 2019 and up 18.9% from $1,025,000 last month. The average sales price in February was $1,453,765, down -2.2% from $1,486,038 in February of 2019 and up 4.5% from $1,390,538 last month. February 2020 ASP was at a mid range compared to February of 2019 and 2018.
The total inventory of Scottsdale Arizona Luxury Homes for sale as of February was 1,107, up 5.2% from 1,052 last month and down -11.3% from 1,248 in February of last year. February 2020 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to February of 2019 and 2018.
