The median sales price in May was $295,000, down -20.0% from $368,750 in May of 2018 and down -8.0% from $320,500 last month. The average sales price in May was $311,825, down -15.9% from $370,754 in May of 2018 and down -14.9% from $366,478 last month. May 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 68, up 9.7% from 62 last month and down -27.7% from 94 in May of last year. May 2019 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.
