November property sales were 6, down from 7 in November of 2018 and -53.8% lower than the 13 sales last month. November 2019 sales were at their lowest level compared to November of 2018 and 2017. November YTD sales of 93 are running -9.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 103.
The median sales price in November was $283,750, up 3.2% from $275,000 in November of 2018 and down -10.8% from $318,000 last month. The average sales price in November was $313,167, up 11.6% from $280,557 in November of 2018 and down -5.6% from $331,588 last month. November 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to November of 2018 and 2017.
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of November was 69, up 11.3% from 62 last month and up 4.5% from 66 in November of last year. November 2019 Inventory was at a mid range compared to November of 2018 and 2017.
