The median sales price in July was $364,000, up 42.2% from $256,000 in July of 2018 and up 0.4% from $362,450 last month. The average sales price in July was $343,180, up 50.9% from $227,400 in July of 2018 and down -0.3% from $344,146 last month. July 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to July of 2018 and 2017.
