Prices
The median sales price in October was $310,000, up 17.1% from $264,750 in October of 2018 and up 3.7% from $299,000 last month. The average sales price in October was $303,819, down -2.5% from $311,697 in October of 2018 and up 4.9% from $289,569 last month. October 2019 ASP was at the lowest level compared to October of 2018 and 2017.
