July property sales were 124, up from 117 in July of 2019 and 14.8% higher than the 108 sales last month. July 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to July of 2019 and 2018. July YTD sales of 728 are running -13.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 844.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of July was 154, up 23.2% from 125 last month and up 31.6% from 117 in July of last year. July 2020 Inventory was at highest level compared to July of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells.
