Prices
The median sales price in October was $326,500, down -5.4% from $345,000 in October of 2018 and down -2.2% from $334,000 last month. The average sales price in October was $356,211, down -1.5% from $361,544 in October of 2018 and up 7.4% from $331,556 last month. October 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to October of 2018 and 2017.
