The median sales price in June was $245,000, up 8.9% from $225,000 in June of 2018 and down -3.0% from $252,500 last month. The average sales price in June was $255,590, up 5.1% from $243,269 in June of 2018 and down -3.4% from $264,693 last month. June 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to June of 2018 and 2017.
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of June was 155, down -13.4% from 179 last month and up 38.4% from 112 in June of last year. June 2019 Inventory was at a mid range compared to June of 2018 and 2017.
