Prices
The Median Sales Price in February was $235,550, down 3.8% from $244,750 in February of 2018 and down 7.6% from $255,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in February was $253,244, down 3.3% from $261,808 in February of 2018 and down 7.6% from $274,122 last month. February 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to February of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of February was 322, up 22.9% from 262 last month and up 70.4% from 189 in February of last year. February 2019 Inventory was at a mid level compared with February of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
