Prices
The median sales price in August was $240,000, down -1.8% from $244,450 in August of 2018 and down -5.9% from $255,000 last month. The average sales price in August was $267,004, up 2.8% from $259,683 in August of 2018 and down -3.9% from $277,944 last month. August 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to August of 2018 and 2017.
