December property sales were 89, down from 107 in December of 2019 and -18.3% lower than the 109 sales last month. December 2020 sales were at a mid level compared to December of 2019 and 2018. December YTD sales of 1,091 are running -6.0% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 1,161.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of December was 131, up 23.6% from 106 last month and up 1.6% from 129 in December of last year. December 2020 Inventory was at a mid range compared to December of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells. An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a buyer's market, a downward trend a move towards more of a seller's market.
