The median sales price in December was $324,000, up 8.0% from $300,000 in December of 2018 and up 8.0% from $300,000 last month. The average sales price in December was $325,796, down -0.2% from $326,365 in December of 2018 and up 3.7% from $314,206 last month. December 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to December of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of December was 73, up 9.0% from 67 last month and down -12.0% from 83 in December of last year. December 2019 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017.
