The Median Sales Price in October was $310,000, up 19.0% from $260,500 in October of 2017 and up 6.0% from $292,500 last month. The Average Sales Price in October was $329,939, up 19.8% from $275,360 in October of 2017 and up 7.0% from $308,315 last month. October 2018 ASP was at the highest level compared to October of 2017 and 2016.
