Our December property sales were 35, down from 55 in December of 2020 and -2.8% lower than the 36 sales last month. December 2021 sales were at their lowest level compared to December of 2020 and 2019. December YTD sales of 573 are running 3.1% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 556.

Selling Price per Square Foot
