Prices
The Median Sales Price in January was $339,000, up 5.1% from $322,500 in January of 2018 and up 7.6% from $315,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in January was $354,730, up 13.8% from $311,797 in January of 2018 and up 6.4% from $333,477 last month. January 2019 ASP was at the highest level compared to January of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of January was 143, up 45.9% from 98 last month and up 22.2% from 117 in January of last year. January 2019 Inventory was at a mid level compared with January of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
