The median sales price in May was $296,000, down -10.3% from $329,950 in May of 2018 and down -1.5% from $300,450 last month. The average sales price in May was $325,441, down -8.2% from $354,650 in May of 2018 and down -2.9% from $335,066 last month. May 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 90, up 20.0% from 75 last month and up 28.6% from 70 in May of last year. May 2019 Inventory was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
