The median sales price in December was $328,020, up 1.9% from $321,750 in December of 2018 and down -14.8% from $385,000 last month. The average sales price in December was $343,364, down -1.2% from $347,463 in December of 2018 and down -17.8% from $417,550 last month. December 2019 ASP was at a mid range compared to December of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of December was 56, down -6.7% from 60 last month and down -28.2% from 78 in December of last year. December 2019 Inventory was at a mid range compared to December of 2018 and 2017.

Market Time
