The median sales price in December was $431,250, up 73.9% from $247,950 in December of 2018 and up 80.1% from $239,500 last month. The average sales price in December was $390,281, up 25.2% from $311,742 in December of 2018 and up 16.6% from $334,667 last month. December 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to December of 2018 and 2017.

Inventory
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of December was 133, up 7.3% from 124 last month and up 10.8% from 120 in December of last year. December 2019 Inventory was at a mid range compared to December of 2018 and 2017.
