Prices
The median sales price in May was $329,500, down -0.3% from $330,500 in May of 2018 and down -1.2% from $333,500 last month. The average sales price in May was $342,250, up 6.1% from $322,686 in May of 2018 and up 3.1% from $331,849 last month. May 2019 ASP was at highest level compared to May of 2018 and 2017.
