Prices
(Scottsdale 85254) Our Median Sales Price in April was $544,900, up 9.5% from $497,500 in April of 2019 and down -4.0% from $567,500 last month. The average sales price in April was $562,204, up 7.3% from $524,007 in April of 2019 and down -14.8% from $659,965 last month. April 2020 ASP was at highest level compared to April of 2019 and 2018.

Inventory
