November 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to November of 2019 and 2018. November YTD sales of 811 are running -1.5% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 823.

Inventory
(Scottsdale 85254) The total inventory of properties available for sale as of November was 105, up 4.0% from 101 last month and down -15.3% from 124 in November of last year. November 2020 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to November of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
