(Scottsdale Homes 85254) Our February property sales were 65, down from 70 in February of 2020 and 6.6% higher than the 61 sales last month. February 2021 sales were at a mid level compared to February of 2020 and 2019. February YTD sales of 126 are running 13.5% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 111.

Inventory
(Scottsdale 85254) The total inventory of properties available for sale as of February was 55, up 37.5% from 40 last month and down -43.3% from 97 in February of last year. February 2021 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to February of 2020 and 2019.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells. An upward trend in DOM tends to indicate a move towards more of a buyer’s market, a downward trend a move towards more of a seller’s market.
