(Scottsdale Homes 85257) Our July property sales were 40, up from 35 in July of 2019 and -4.8% lower than the 42 sales last month. July 2020 sales were at a mid level compared to July of 2019 and 2018. July YTD sales of 214 are running -18.9% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 264.

Inventory
(Scottsdale Homes 85257) The total inventory of properties available for sale as of July was 58, up 23.4% from 47 last month and up 31.8% from 44 in July of last year. July 2020 Inventory was at a mid range compared to July of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
