Prices
(Scottsdale 85260) Our Median Sales Price in April was $398,750, down -2.6% from $409,500 in April of 2019 and down -5.4% from $421,500 last month. The average sales price in April was $591,364, up 19.1% from $496,458 in April of 2019 and up 13.9% from $519,151 last month. April 2020 ASP was at highest level compared to April of 2019 and 2018.

Inventory
