(Scottsdale 85260) Our November property sales were 47, down from 58 in November of 2019 and -6.0% lower than the 50 sales last month. November 2020 sales were at a mid level compared to November of 2019 and 2018. November YTD sales of 499 are running -11.7% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 565.

Inventory
(Scottsdale 85260) The total inventory of properties available for sale as of November was 81, up 12.5% from 72 last month and down -6.9% from 87 in November of last year. November 2020 Inventory was at the lowest level compared to November of 2019 and 2018.

Market Time
The average Days On Market (DOM) shows how many days the average property is on the market before it sells.
